KILLINGS IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA START AT THE END OF ZODIAC'S REIGN OF TERROR , JUST NORTH OF THE US BORDER AND CONTINUE FOR 40 YEARS!
In British Columbia, Canada the police kept hush for many years that there was a serial killer on the lose and killing along the now dubbed "Highway of Tears". I didn't even know this myself, living in this area until January of 2010 when I was researching the missing/murdered Vancouver, Eastside women; the list being in excess of 60 women. Only 26 of those women have been accounted for as being found on the Picton Pig Farm, in Port Coquitlam, BC, coincidentally only 5 miles from where my suspect lives.
The public has been demanding to know who is responsible for all these other women, and finally it came to light that not only were women disappearing from the Vancouver Eastside, but women have been disappearing accross BC, and into Alberta for the past 40 years! When my daughter disclosed her abuse and started drawing pictures of skinned women, and eventually describing horrific details of murder, I reflected on events over the past 16 years that I knew the suspect, and came to realize that there were a lot of weird things about him that pointed him to him possibly being at least one of the serial killers in the Vancouver area. Last year I came accross the Highway of Tears story, and slowly started piecing together more information that may point to this man being responsible for many of the BC and possibly Alberta killings. Further research showed timelines matched with when Zodiac went out of site and the killings started here, in addition to other erie details which I will continue to share....

I was a friend of Colleen McMillan, we were in high school together and lived on the same street in Lac La Hache. I had no idea the suspect lived or had a home so close. We never really heard too much of what happened to Colleen and I was thinking about her latley and decided to check the www to see if there was ever any closure to her murder, that is how I stumbled on to your site. I am very impressed, please keep up the good work! I wish there was something i could do to help. Bless you!

He may not be responsible for all these murders, but I know he is responsible for many. Bold words without validated proof, but it is just something I know to be true. If anyone could understand what I have been through, what this man did to me and my child, the stories she told me and more, they would know for certain that I am correct.
ReplyDeleteThe UN is taking on inquiry into our missing women and so this story is not going away and neither am I. The best thing we can do is network to bring attention to this story and demand that the RCMP investigate this man. The more time they let slip, the more evidence diminishes. I still have things in my posession that may hold DNA, etc, but I refuse to hand it to police without documenting myslef first, as I fear they will only throw this stuff away....

I will be posting a link soon at www.indiegogo.com where investors can invest in my book project and forensics which may finally help find justice for so many missing/murdered women in BC. It has been a lot for me to do this all on my own, and soon I will have an option to accept NON-PROFIT donations to complete more work that needs to be done here, because the RCMP refuse to do it themselves!

If you are still in the 100 Mile House area or anywhere in the interior, I think that sharing the story with locals will help gain support. Although I have had many visitors to my blog from all over the world, locally still many people are not aware of what is going on with the RCMP refusing to listen to me about this man. We need to reach friends and families of victims. I have items posted on my blog.... 2 wallets and a coat, and more to post of things that may have belonged to victims. This could be critical. Please do all you can to share this story and reach community, friends and family of the missing.... God Bless!!!
ReplyDeleteI will post, I am still in 100 Mile House, and had lived in the 108 all through the 1990s. My kids were all raised there and looking at the map here it looks like maybe we were pretty close to being neighbours. I would like to know the street name where his house was. Many of Colleens friends from back then are still here and are friends on FB so I will post a link to your blog. Again thank you for all that you are doing to bring this man (and I use the term loosley) to justice! You Rock :)
ReplyDeleteHis address was 76 Horse Lake Road, V0K 2E0 I believe was the postal code without checking my records... I don't believe he still owns that house, but he built it with his father sometime in the early to mid 70's. He took over the house in the 90's after his father went into a nursing home and I believe that murders were commited on this property.
ReplyDeleteIf there is anyway that you can get any pictures of that house and the surrounding land I would really appreciate it. I cannot afford to hire a PI to do it, but I would like to see this house, the land, and even surrounding areas as my daughter speaks of taking a white motor boat with stripes... maybe blue and red or green and red... can't quite remember now, but she spoke of a wood chipper and going out in this motor boat on a lake and dumping the ground up body. Sorry for being so graphic, but if sharing this helps then I need to.

This is important to share and see if anyone recognizes him and particularly if anyone remembers seeing him in the company of any of the Highway of Tears victims, or missing women from Vancouver, Eastside.... someone from Unsolved Canada site, saw him in the 80's and said they knew there was something not right about him. He was with a much younger woman, but that is all they could remember. Maybe somebody will remember something significant.
Try and see if you can get the local community paper on board.... anything you can do may be a breaking point here. I cannot do this alone, so together if we all take a stand, are willing to get our hands a little dirty and put in some work, then perhaps we WILL find the answers so many families are desperate to find.

Oh Horse Lake Road is not in the 108 Ranch, I thought his house was in the 108. The postal Code is correct for Horse Lake area, the 108 is V0K 2Z0 The Map pointing out the house indiactes its at the 108. Also I am not sure where Colleens Body was found. I have seen the Pics of henning, I am hoping people i know will maybe recognize him as I posted this to FB. Maybe let me know for sure if the house was on Horse Lake Rd or in the 108, then I can check it out for you.
ReplyDeleteAll I know is that I did a search in 2000 and found a phone number in that area for Henning Lagies with the address 76 Horse Lake Road. Maybe by that time he already sold the house and bought something new there. This is quite possible especially if he felt threatened by my daughter sharing the story about murders. Back then the postal code came out V0K 2E0 and I did a search for that postal code via sattelite to find that area and that is how I found so many bodies surrounding that area.
ReplyDeleteI know when he spoke to me years back about this house he said 100 Mile House, but also said that technically it was 108 Mile Ranch. He also told me of a lake being practically in his backyard. He tried to get my daughter and I to go camping up there with him.... said we could go to his house and that there was a lake in walking distance out back his house. Who knows what is true though with this guy as much was a lie, but I would suspect considering I could have actually decided to go up there with him for this so called camping trip, that perhaps there was a lake there.
I thought that when I did a sattelite search I could see Horse Lake was farther away, but there was actually a "Horse Lake Road", in that 108 Mile Ranch area. I will have to try and look again, but you probably know a lot better than I do.
Again it is possible that the address I found in 2000 was a different property he owned. Who knows what he did since April 1999 when my daughter disclosed her abuse. He may have been afraid to keep that property if he comitted crimes there and bought something else in the area so that if the cops snooped around the place would be clean.
As for the location of Colleen's body all I have is what was indicated on the map. I think I have other details I found about her being shot I think... and more specific details about where her body was found, but I have so much stuff I have dug up I would have to look for it.
Again anything you can do to help is very much appreciated.
Yes there are 2 lakes in the 108, sepa and 108 lake, also horse lake road travels along horse lake. The area has grown huge since then tho, and back then all the adresses in the 108 were by lot number, as in 76 would have been lot 76. That has all since changed with 911 coming into this area the lots all became house numbers. The 108 has many strange street names but horse lake road is an area of its own, just out side of 100 Mile.The 108 is 8 miles north of 100 Mile If you find anything else out about the house he owned let me know. Was his fathers last name the same as his, maybe i can recognize his name. Anyway I will keep looking to see if I can find this house,I am going to try to dig up a map of the lot numbers in the 108 and see if 76 was near the lake. I am very curious to know if I lived next to him. Thanks for responding so fast :)
ReplyDeleteOK, so that would indicate to me that address I found on the internet in 2000 would be registered from an old address and perhaps not a new property he bought. Also explains why I could not zone in on that address as it appeared not to exist and all I could find was a business there or something. Also current postal codes were diffrerent and I couldn't figure it out, but sattelite imaging takes years I think to become current, so zoning in on the area as per my maps above may make sense for this 108 area....
ReplyDeleteI would imagine there would be record somewhere of who owned what land. Henning co owned this property with his father who I believe had the same last name as all the brothers did... I don't know his name though. Also Henning did not live there, he maintained residence in the Port Moody and Port Coquitlam areas in the lower mainland as also showsn on the H.O.T map above. He came up to "Visit", his father as he said, and I think he claimed to have a tenant there, but I am not sure. He took over ownership of the house in mid 1990's from what I can tell when his father passed away or went into a nursing home... I can't quite remember the details, but he used to go up there in that van with the chains hanging from the ceiling, claiming that he was going to visit his father and that is why he had that particular van. I know people in wheelchairs and you don't secure their wheelchair with heavy duty chains hanging from the ceiling behind the passenger seat! YIKES, I hated that van,... it just was creepy to me without me knowing why... a similar campertop van is posted on my website here, but the van was blue and white, not green and white... in case anyone remembers seeing it:

You can imagine how this has haunted me and getting visual on this means a lot to me, and could result in matching things up to the audio I have of my child describing this "Big old house", as she put it... speaks of a dungeon type room in that house...

Ya the 76 horse lake road is mill site lodge i think (an seniors home) and another is a vacent lot on horse lake road so i ruled that out, but the 108 one is as described. I am going to go tomorrow and check it out, I will email you :)

Also I have a phone number that was associated with that residence from that time, but it comes up with someone elses name.... same name I think has had that number for a long time in 100 Mile House, so I won't post it publically. If you email me I will give it to you confidentially in case there is anything you can do with that number based on it being linked to Henning and/or his father from many years ago.... such as identifying factors for the house, the seniors home his father was in, the year his father passed away, went into the home, etc... all these things could be clues to create proper timelines.
Also for the record Henning is on the internet talking about "The Admiral Jervis", I think it was... back in Germany during the war. His father was a gunnerys officer in the Navy. I don't see reference to his name, but you living in the area for so long, you may have heard things from neighbours or something about the old Navy Officer from WWII Germany... who knows....
Really I guess I am grasping at anything to piece together this puzzle, and I know if people like you are willing to contribute to this fight for justice and finding answers then there will be no denying it.
